Profile

Whatever matters to you — how you want to feel, sleep, eat, move or train. Your concierge reads this and it steers your narrative and plan. You can also build it in chat.

Concierge

How your concierge talks to you. Tone only — it never changes your numbers or the substance of the advice.

Tone
WarmBalancedDirect
Warm leans encouraging and softens hard news; Direct leads with the call and trims the cushioning. Balanced = the default voice.
Formality
RelaxedBalancedPolished
Relaxed is conversational and casual; Polished is more composed and precise. Balanced = the default register.
Length
BriefBalancedThorough
Brief is one or two lines; Thorough adds the short why behind the call. Balanced = the default length.
Which lens your concierge leads with when a moment could go either way. It still covers everything — this only sets the emphasis. Balanced = no preference.
On: your narrative notes (dashboard daily/weekly/monthly) regenerate automatically when the data behind them changes. Off saves tokens: notes hold their last version until you tap the ↻ beside a note’s “updated” time. Either way, ↻ refreshes a note on demand.

Data

How your numbers are read. Plain choices about you; every value still traces to your own data.

What a full night is for you — feeds the sleep score and the sleep-debt part of strain.
Lifestyle sensitivity
LightStandardStrong
How much a late night, a few drinks, stress or illness lower your Strain. Standard = today's model · Light ≈ ×0.6 · Strong ≈ ×1.5. Applies going forward.
How active you are overall. Auto reads your recent logged training (last 4 weeks); set a level to override. Sets your Fuel calorie target when there's no recent body scan — affects calories only; Strain measures your activity directly.
Diet goal
CutMaintainLean bulk
What your Fuel targets aim at. Maintain = eat at maintenance · Cut ≈ −20% · Lean bulk ≈ +10%. Changing it stages a new target for you to approve — applies going forward.
Adds three "stay-under" limits to your Fuel page — added sugar (under 10% of calories), sodium (under 2,300 mg) and cholesterol (under 300 mg), all editable. Your concierge estimates them with each meal. Affects Fuel only; off by default.
Recovery focus
What drives Recovery
SleepBalancedHeart
Recovery blends your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate & breathing. Balanced = HRV 40% · resting HR 30% · sleep 20% · breathing 10%. "Sleep" leans on sleep; "Heart" leans on HRV & resting HR. Leave Balanced if unsure.
Recovery bands
Heart rate · sized from your data
Used to size every strain. Default is the estimate (— bpm); your measured baseline is —. Leave blank for the estimate, or enter your number.
The single biggest input to strain. Default is the age estimate (— bpm); your observed workout peak is —. Enter your true max if you know it. Changing this re-scores your strain history.
Supplements

Your stack, and when to be reminded. Reminders need notifications on (below); your stack also shows as quick-select when you log a meal.

Cycle

Log period start dates to see the current phase, and give your concierge that context. Awareness only — it never changes your metrics. Off by default.
